Great Harwood Community Governance Review
The Council is reviewing "community governance arrangements" in
Great Harwood. In plain English this means we are going to consult
widely before deciding whether one or more parishes should be created in Great Harwood and whether any new parish should have its own parish council.
Peel Fold Mill Consultation
An
exciting draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) has been in
preparation for the former Peel Fold Mill site in Stanhill Rd ,
Oswaldtwistle. The Council have been working with Paul Butler and
Associates in devising the document which is now ready to go out to a
4 week public consultation period from 10 November - 8 December.
