Equality Impact Assessments (EIA) help us to provide and deliver excellent services to residents by ensuring our services reflects the needs of our diverse community. At the same time EIA's assist in examining the potential impact of our policies, services and functions on our residents and council staff.

We have recently revised our process and internally these are now known as Customer First Analysis (CFA).
