Tree Management Within Hyndburn

Within Tree Management, you will find details relating to the protection of trees through Tree Preservation Orders and Conservation Areas, information relating to trees on council property, advice on how to look after your trees, and information and advice on problem high hedges.

You will also find information and advice for developers regarding the need for Arboricultural Impact Assessments and Arboricultural Method Statements.

Application forms and guidance notes are available through the relevant pages. If you are having trouble finding what you need, please contact either the Trees and Woodlands Officer in the Planning department, or the Tree Officer in the Parks department via the central switchboard on 01254 388 111.

Tree Preservation Orders. These are on the search for and track planning applications online.  Enter the number 11/11/0151 in the application number box and then look for a TPO for the area where the property is. Alternatively go directly to the TPO search here.
