How To Contact the Benefits Office
You can telephone us on 01254 388 111 between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.
Visit the Benefits and Revenues Enquiry Team at Accrington Town Hall, Broadway Offices, Accrington. BB5 1EZ
We are open to the public every weekday between 9.00am and 4:45pm apart from Wednesday when we are closed for staff training between 9.00am and 10.00am.
We are also open on Saturday mornings from 10am to 1pm.
All customers are seen by appointment only.

There is a Quick Q desk where the reason for your visit will be checked and if you have a quick query then the advisor at the Quick Q desk will deal with you so you do not have to wait. For example, you may be bringing in proof to support a claim. If you have a more detailed query, then you will need to book an appointment prior to your visit.
