Leisure in Hyndburn

Welcome to Leisure in Hyndburn

Leisure in Hyndburn Charitable Trust provide and assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for the general public in or in connection with the Borough of Hyndburn and its neighbourhood in the interests of social welfare by improving conditions of life.

The following Sports facilities are managed by the Trust:-
     Hyndburn Sports Centre
     Mercer Hall Leisure Centre
     Norden Sports Centre
     Wilson Playing Fields Athletics Track

and the following Arts and Community facilities :-
     Accrington Town Hall
     Oswaldtwistle Civic Theatre
     Clayton Civic Hall
     Mercer House
     Churchfield House
     Elmfield Hall
     Hippings Vale Community Centre

Whilst we operate within Hyndburn our services and facilities are also open to anyone residing outside the borough.
