To support claims for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit or change of circumstances we need to verify the details of the claim or change by seeing recent, original documentation.
When you have received a request for supporting information you should provide all the details to the address detailed below within the time limit given on the request.
Failure to provide information within given time limits may lead to loss of benefit, suspension of or termination of your claim.
Please do not send valuable documents to us through the post, bring them in in person.
