Benefits, Revenues and Customer Contact Service User Group
We believe that our service users are important stakeholders in the service that we provide.
Our Service User Group allows us to inform you of recent service improvement and any planned new iniatives that we may have.
However, a further key aspect of our Service User Group is to allow you the opportunity to discuss what you like about our service, and for you to suggest how we can improve our sevices further.
The Service User Group can discuss general Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit and Council Tax issues, we will not be able to talk about individual cases.
