Benefits Service Inspection Report 2010

This report presents the findings of an independent inspection carried out by the Audit Commission in to the Council's Benefits Service.

The report recognises that Hyndburn Borough Council provides a 'good' benefits service and has 'promising' prospects for improving the service still further.
