Arrange a Visit to the Haworth Art Gallery
Visits and tours by primary school groups can be accommodated when the gallery is closed to the general public on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings between 10.00am and 12 noon.
Smaller groups of older pupils/students can also access the gallery during the afternoon including access to the education room.
The following options for school group visits are as follows:
Tiffany Tour

- Tiffany and Interior Design
- Tiffany and the Past

Tours include activities from collage to printing.
Temporary Exhibitions
These range from the Haworth's Annual Open to artists such as Andy Goldsworthy and Joseph Albers. Each tour is accompanied by a range of activities from painting to printing. Please see the Temporary Exhibition list for current details.
Both tours are free for schools in Hyndburn with a small charge of 50p per pupil to cover materials/activities for schools outside of the borough.
A maximum group size of 30 is preferred but this is flexible depending on the tour required.

We would be pleased to discuss a specific project you have in mind for your pupils, which may include handling sessions of objects from the collections.
