Hyndburn Borough Council's Communities and Wellbeing Overview and Scrutiny Committee will be looking at the proposals made for changes to Parliamentary constituencies.
At 10am on 2nd November 2011, the Committee will be looking at the proposals made for changes to Parliamentary constituencies by the Boundary Commission, and how these affect Hyndburn.
Over the last couple of weeks, the Committee has requested alternative proposals to those from the Boundary Commission. So far, we have received two alternatives, one from the North West Labour Party and one from the North West Conservative Party. These can be viewed here.
If you wish to comment on either of these or other forthcoming alternative proposals, then you can get involved with the Overview and Scrutiny process by emailing your view to scrutiny@hyndburnbc.gov.uk by Friday 28th October 2011.
