"With an ageing population it's hard to believe that we don't have an Older People's Minister in Government. Getting older will happen to most of us and it's vital that older people have a voice at Westminster speaking up for them. This petition for a minister to be appointed is supported nationally by Martin Green, Chief Exec of the English Care Association and locally by Ken Nolan Chairman of Springhill Care" Cllr.
