Development Management DPD Adoption
On 11 January 2018, Hyndburn Council adopted the Development Management DPD, in accordance with Regulations 17 and 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
The adopted Development Management DPD provides the detailed planning policies that will be used for the determination of all planning applications in Hyndburn and now carries full weight in the decision making process alongside other elements of the Hyndburn Local Plan.
