Our ICT and Digital Strategy sets the framework for how we will use technology to support the delivery of our overriding outcomes from 2023 to 2026.
The ICT and Digital Strategy provides direction and strategic priorities that will shape the council's technology environment. It provides a platform that can exploit innovation in the delivery of new service models, whilst providing a stable and resilient infrastructure which facilitates the most efficient use of resources.
Aligned to the current Corporate Strategy and the UK's Digital Strategy, this is a ‘living’ document, updated to respond to the changing and evolving needs of the business.
