Details regarding pre-application advice and charges for all planning enquiries for all categories of Non-Householder applications.

INFORMATION SHOULD BE SENT IN ELECTRONIC FORM EITHER ON CD
WITH A COVERING LETTER OR BY E-MAIL.

It is possible to print this form to PDF if you have the necessary software. Otherwise you will not be able to save any information in the form and will need to print it out as a hard copy.

Charges for  Returning Invalid Applications. Please note that there will  be an administrative charge levied to cover  the cost of  returning invalid planning applications if you do not respond to requests and provide acceptable information within the time specified in any correspondence with you. Please see the Notes download for  the current fees.
