SUMMARY:Nature Writing for Wellbeing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Saturday 21st February 2026\, 1pm – 3:30pm: Free creative workshop for adults \nJoin Lancashire-based writer\, Janelle Hardacre\, for a gentle afternoon of mindful writing exercises inspired by the natural world. \nNo prior writing experience is necessary and all adults are welcome. Please come as you are! \nIn the workshop\, you will experience the wellbeing benefits of expressive writing and nature connection. \nThe activities will encourage curiosity and playfulness.
