Financial support for other businesses:

If your business has not been ordered to close as part of the Tier 4 (Stay At Home level), and/or National Lockdown (Stay at Home level) regulations and restrictions by Government from Thursday 31 December 2020, or Tuesday 05 January 2021, your business may be eligible for Additional Restriction Grant.
 
In addition, if your business has been ordered to close as part of the Tier 4 (Stay At Home level), and/or National Lockdown (Stay at Home level) regulations and restrictions by Government from Thursday 31 December 2020, or Tuesday 05 January 2021, but you do not have your own business rates assessment,  your business may be eligible for Additional Restriction Grant.

Restart Grants:

Government has announced that the current Local Restriction Support Grant schemes, which provide support for eligible businesses that have a business rates assessment will close for applications on 31 March 2021.

As announced in the Budget of the 03 March 2021, these will be replaced by Restart Grants from 01 April 2021.

The Restart Grants provide up to £6,000 per premises for non-essential retail businesses and up to £18,000 per premises for hospitality, accommodation, leisure, personal care and gym businesses, giving them the cash certainty they need to plan ahead and safely relaunch trading over the coming months.
