  • Planning Committee meetings are normally held in the Queen Elizabeth (QE) room at the Council Offices at Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, but you can check the actual venue with memberservices@hyndburnbc.gov.uk or see the Planning Committee pages of the website for further details.

    If you wish to speak at Planning Committee complete this online form or the paper form sent to neighbours, which you should return to Member Services. If you are selected to speak you will informed by Member Services, not the Planning Department. You should also send an outline of your comments to the Planning Department (see details below).
