Customer Portal for the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017

If you need advice because you have nowhere to live or are at risk of being made homeless please contact Housing Advice through the online enquiry which can be accessed via a computer or a smartphone.

The online enquiry will ask a number of questions about you, your household and your circumstances.  Please ensure that you answer all the questions and include a contact number so that we can contact you.  You will also need a valid email address.

This form must be completed prior to an interview with the Housing Advice Team. Once this has been completed the Housing Advice Team will contact you to discuss your circumstances.  If you need assistance in completing the form officers may be available to assist during office opening hours.
