  • Tenancy rights including harassment, illegal eviction and disrepair;
  • Maximisation of income, rent and mortgage issues;
  • Rent Deposit Scheme;
  • Finding private rented accommodation;
  • B-with-us (Pennine Lancashire Choice based lettings scheme);
  • Housing options following relationship breakdown;
  • Domestic abuse.
