Why am I receiving this survey?
You have been sent this survey because our records show that you have at some point since March 2020 been in touch with the Hyndburn Hub. For example, you may have been shielding and received help with shopping, or you may have asked for advice on finance or housing. You may have been part of our shielding community and so had Hub services offered to you.
Why are you doing this survey?
We are doing this survey as part of an independent evaluation of the Hyndburn Community Response to COVID-19. We want to learn what we have done well and how we could have done better. Your answers will help us with projects like the Hub in the future.
Who should fill in this survey?
This survey is for anyone who has been contacted by or received help from the Hyndburn Hub during the COVID-19 pandemic. This may have been just once or may have been regular support.
Will Hyndburn Hub staff see my name or my answers?
No – this survey is being organised by a small local business called Trueman Change. Your name and information are confidential and you can fill this survey out anonymously if you’d prefer. Your answers will only ever be used anonymously, as part of the independent evaluation.
Have my personal details been passed on to anyone else?
No – the Hyndburn Hub are using our information systems to send out this request, at no point will Trueman Change staff have access to your name, address, or email address, unless you choose to fill these in on the survey.
