What is the Hyndburn Hub?

The Hub was initially set up as part of an initiative from Central Government to provide a Nationwide support network for those who are ‘shielding’.

Our own Hub has now grown to be an umbrella for over 40 voluntary groups/organisations – providing signposting for a wide range of support.

Who is it for?

The Hyndburn Hub is for all. For anyone who is suffering or struggling to provide basic essentials for themselves or their family or have concerns about their wellbeing.

The Hub is available for people who do not have friends or family that are able to help.

I know someone who needs help, shall I help them?

Yes – as long as you do so within ‘safe help’ guidelines.

If this is not possible you are also able to refer other people to the Hyndburn Hub for help.

How can I get in touch?

To get in touch with the Hyndburn Hub please email in the first instance:

It is through the dedication and hard work of hundreds of people the Hyndburn Hub is able to provide vital support for our community.
