A spokesperson for Hyndburn Council said:
“The Arthur Wilson Centre, located off Whalley Road in Clayton-le-Moors, has been previously used as a community centre but could be suitable for a wide variety of uses, subject to acquiring the necessary consents.
“Bids are invited to lease the building, carpark and adjoining land. We encourage any interested parties to submit as much information as possible to us as part of their application. We welcome all applications and are looking forward to seeing a range of ideas put forward for Cabinet to consider.”
