Against the enforcement notice(s) served by Hyndburn Borough Council. The notice(s) allege(s):

Without planning permission a material change in the use of the Land from agricultural use to use for residential purposes by the siting of 4 no pitches and 4 no day rooms and associated residential paraphernalia and vehicles to provide Gypsy and Traveller family accommodation (“the Unauthorised Development”).

At the land situated at Smithacres Back Lane, Baxenden, Accrington, Lancashire BB5 2RE

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal(s).

express their views.
