PROPOSAL FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE STAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Hyndburn Borough Council in pursuance of the powers contained in section 63 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 proposes to appoint a hackney carriage stand on Warner Street, Accrington extending for 16 Metres outside of the Arcade and Dodge public house.

A night time stand available between 0200 and 0600 daily.

Any objections to the proposals should be made in writing by not later than 12 noon on 5th September 2020 to the address given  below or emailed to licensing@hyndburnbc.gov.uk.
