  • Planning Committee meetings have now returned as physical meetings.

    Due to building work being undertaken at Scaitcliffe House the venue may change from meeting to meeting, so please check with memberservices@hyndburnbc.gov.uk or see the Planning Committee pages of the website for further details.

    If you wish to speak at Planning Committee complete this online form as normal or via the paper form sent to neighbours, which you should return to Member Services. If you are selected to speak you will informed by Member Services, not the Planning Department. You should also send an outline of your comments to the Planning Department (see details below).

    If you wish to view the meeting without speaking please contact Member Services: the email address is memberservices@hyndburnbc.gov.uk . We need to know numbers in advance so safe provision for social distancing can be made.
