Submitting a Planning Application

Planning Application Forms

If you make your application using the Planning Portal you do not need to print any forms. The Planning Portal will display the appropriate form and sections of the form in response to your criteria.

Not all forms are available to complete online. Please check the Notes on the Planning Portal’s Paper Forms Chooser link.

Most forms are available from the Planning Portal via this link to the Paper Forms Chooser .  Scroll down the Planning Portal page as some forms are only available on the first page but not from the Chooser.

You can also reach Planning Application Forms on the Planning Portal below in “Further information”.

Please Note that we will still require electronic copies of your form and supporting documents even if you apply on paper.
