Terms and ConditionsAllotment Plot ApplicationTerms and Conditions The Councils allotment letting procedures and Terms and Conditions for keeping an allotmentplot can be found on the Councils website. The Council will not receipt your allotment application. Your position on the allotment waitinglist should be obtained by using the Councils website and cannot be obtained by phoning oremailing the Council. If you are in any doubt to regarding the postal service then the applicationshould be hand delivered to the Council offices using the address given above. The Council will only contact you when a vacant allotment plot becomes available. Should youfail to respond to the Council letters then you will be removed from the allotment waiting list.You will not be entitled to be returned back to the waiting list. You must inform the Councils allotment service directly of a change of address. The allotmentservice and any other services provided by the Council are separate.
