The Hyndburn Wheel
Thanks to the Leeds to Liverpool Canal, the National Cycle Network and a number of disused railway lines converted to shared use cycle paths it is almost possible to cycle around the Borough without using the roads. This route has been mapped and is known as the Hyndburn Wheel. It is 11 miles (17.7 km long). It has also been mapped on Strava a popular cycling app.
