Brownfield Register Part 2- Siteplans

Site plans of individual sites proposed for inclusion in Part 2 of the Hyndburn Brownfield Register are provided below. They may also be viewed in the Council’s Offices at Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 OPF.

These Site plans form part of the consultation process for potential sites for inclusion in Part 2 of the Brownfield Register, not all those listed below may end up on the final Part 2 register. However, if the land is entered in Part 2 of the Brownfield Land Register it will be granted permission in principle, which establishes the suitability, in principle, of land for housing-led development.

For users with access to  GIS shp files are also presented below.

Representations on any of the proposed Part 2 sites should be made by 17th May 2018. Representations can be submitted by email to planning@hyndburnbc.gov.uk, or in writing to the Council at Plans and Environment, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 0PF.

Following the consultation period, site plans of the sites going into the final Part 2 Register will be confirmed here.
