Hyndburn Borough Council has received funding under the Government’s Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme and are seeking tenders for the following works to the Council’s Head Office at Scaitcliffe House Accrington:

1. LED Lighting

3. VRV Heating and Cooling.

 

If you are able to comply with all of the Contractual requirements, the Council will be pleased to receive a fixed quote based on the tender documents in the link/s below. Your tender/s and answers to the Quality Questions need to be sent to tender@hyndburnbc.gov.uk no later than 2pm Monday 6th September 2021.

Tenders and Quality Question answers will be assessed by the Council and the Council’s consultant, Salvis, on a basis of 40% price and 60% quality.

We will seek to award the contract/s subject to approval by SALIX and entering a JCT Contract with works starting sometime in October completing 28^th February 2022.
