Hyndburn Borough Council has received funding under the Government’s Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme and are seeking tenders for the following works to the Council’s Head Office at Scaitcliffe House Accrington:
- PV Array
- If you are able to comply with all of the Contractual requirements, the Council will be pleased to receive a fixed quote based on the tender documents in the link/s below. Your tender/s and answers to the Quality Questions need to be sent to tender@hyndburnbc.gov.uk no later than 2pm Wednesday 29th September 2021.We will seek to award the contract/s subject to approval by SALIX and entering a JCT Contract with works starting sometime in November completing 28th February 2022.

- Tenders and Quality Question answers will be assessed by the Council and the Council’s consultant, Salvis, on a basis of 40% price and 60% quality.
