This assessment has been carried out by HDH Planning and Development Ltd on behalf of the Council to ensure the development proposed in the plan is deliverable in line with the 2021 NPPF and National Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). It assesses the impact of the emerging policies, including affordable housing requirements and considers the ability of development to accommodate developer contributions alongside other policy requirements.
