This page contains our published statistics on the handling of requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations. The statistics are produced in line with the section 45 Code of Practice and are updated quarterly to ensure transparency about our performance.
As on April 2026, the ICO now publish FOI and EIR compliance statistics on their website. For all further updates please refer to their dashboard.
