Our Customer Contact Centre is open for telephone and email enquiries as follows:

  • Monday 9:00am to 4:45pm
  • Tuesday 9:00am to 4:45pm
  • Wednesday 10:00am to 4:45pm
  • Thursday 9:00am to 4:45pm
  • Friday 9:00am to 4:45pm

We can answer all questions by email so please consider emailing us at enquiries@hyndburnbc.gov.uk rather than telephoning  us. Emailing the Council will also provide a written record of the response for you to look back on. When you email us we will need to verify who you are so please include

  • your full name and address,
  • your date of birth
  • reference number and
  • telephone number.

We aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days.
