You can submit your application:

1. Online via the Planning Portal website
2. By Email to:  buildingcontrol@hyndburnbc.gov.uk
3. In person or by post to:  Hyndburn Borough Council, Building Control, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 0PF

How to pay fees

We accept payment of fees by cash, cheque or card.  Please make cheques payable to Hyndburn Borough Council.
