A short leaflet explaining the procedure to obtain permission to speak at a Planning Committee meeting regarding a planning application.
Due to Government social distancing requirements of Covid-19, public meetings cannot take place in the normal way and therefore arrangements have been put in place to hold meetings remotely. Participants of the meeting will be provided with invitation links using Microsoft Teams and the public will be able to view the meeting live by clicking on the YouTube link which you will find on the front page of the meeting agenda. The first meeting of the Planning Committee scheduled to take place remotely is on the 4th November 2020 at 3:30
To speak at Planning Committee you either need to complete the form below and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org , or the online Have your say, deciding planning applications form. which will be sent automatically.
This needs to be done least 3 days before the date of the meeting (excluding weekends) to enable remote access arrangements to be made for you. You must provide email and telephone numbers of the person requesting to speak.
