Local Land Charges 1 (LLC1)

Form LLC1 is an official request sent in by your solicitor and also by conveyancing companies, asking the Council to carry out a search of the Local Land Charges Register.  The register contains information from departments that are relevant to the property. This includes items such as conditional planning applications, notices served or even Listed Buildings.
